Ghee is a type of clarified butter that is stable at room temperature. It is originated from India and it is used in India for thousands of years. It contains a higher concentration of fats. The term ‘Ghee’ derived from Sanskrit language. It is commonly used for cooking, ayurvedic medication and religious rituals since ancient times. It has sweeter taste than butter or may be used for baking. It acts as lubricants for joints and a great source of vitamin A, E and K and it is especially recommended for babies.

But when it consumed in moderate and limited quantity, it doesn’t show any side effects.
