Psychological stress is any internal or external condition that challenges the homeostasis of an organism or cell. It can also be describe as it is a feeling of emotional strain and pressure. Stress is a type psychological pain. A healthy diet will reduce the risk of diet related diseases also. By eating healthy diet, the central nervous system releases the hormones adrenaline and cortisol in response to stress and it also change your mindset and adopt a positive attitude.
