Caffeine present in the it is a stimulation drug. Many peoples developed emotion for their caffeinated drinks like coffee and tea. But after leaving them they experience caffeine withdrawal syndrome which can leads to headache, and urge to take caffeine and other effects on the body.

High Blood pressure :

It has both positive and negative impact on the health if it is consumed in good and proper manner it shows various health benefits but excess consumption can also increases the blood pressure. Many doctor also advice to take it when the patient’s blood pressure becomes low.

Anxiety :

Excessive coffee consumption can increases the risk of anxiety as it contains caffeine and according to some research the excessive consumption of caffeine can be reason for anxiety as  sleep disorder and loose Apetite.

As we studies above, there are many benefits of consuming caffeine through drinking tea but excessive drinking of it can cause very serious problems like Anxiety, high BP and addiction . So, according to studies coffee is drink in a limit not as a addiction of taste for good health and benefits.
