Smoking is a practice ( process ) in Which a substance is combusted and the resulting smoke is typically inhaled to be tasted and absorbed into bloodstream of a person . Most commonly, the substance used is the dried leaves of the tobacco with a small rectangle of paper into an elongated cylinder called  a cigarette. Other form of smoking include use of a smoking pipe or a bong.

Smoking is primarily practiced as a route of administration for psychoactive chemicals because the active substance within the burnt dried plant leaves vaporizes and can be airborne delivered into respiratory tract , where they are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream of the lungs and then reach the central nervous system .

The most popular type of substance that is smoked is Tobacco . there are many different Tobacco cultivars which are made into a wide variety of mixtures and brands . Tobacco is often sold flavoured ,often with various fruit aromas , something which especially popular for use with water pipes , such as Hookah .

Fact , Hookah session are typically around an hour in length. which is estimated 200 puffs per session. Hookah users would consume the equivalent of about 100 cigarettes from one of these sessions . Hookah is addictive, fact Hookah contains Tobacco which has a naturally occuring chemical known a Nicotine .

Hookah exposes you to the same poisonous chemicals as cigarettes ,and leads to many of the same diseases including cancer . Smoking hookah for one hour is the same as smoking 100 cigarettes . There is no safe form of Tobacco . probably , Hookah cause more harms to the hookah consumers because of highly addiction and they can’t control themselves to avoid it or quit it . for some days , it can be possible but for lifetime avoiding of hookah is rarely possible for a Hookah addictive person .
